Because Puppy Compass digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, digital book sales are generally final once the file has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

If you experience a technical problem receiving or accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement download or resolve the delivery issue.

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us so we can review the transaction.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
